Dr. Elliott Joel Castro García is a Dental Surgeon graduated from the Autonomous University of Baja California, Tijuana Campus (Class of 2017) and an Orthodontic Specialist (Class of 2022). With more than a decade of clinical experience, he has dedicated himself to comprehensive oral health care, focusing on dental aesthetics, orthodontics, and oral rehabilitation.
From his office located in Rosarito Beach, Dr. Castro provides patient-centered care, combining humane treatment, prevention, and education as fundamental pillars of his practice. He firmly believes in ethical and responsible care, working alongside specialists from other fields to achieve safe, high-quality results.
In addition to his professional life, Elliott loves sports, nature, and spirituality, which complement his holistic approach to well-being. His passion for dentistry and his commitment to personal and professional growth drive him to always offer his best in every treatment.

Dr. José Pedro Mercado Avendaño is a Dental Surgeon who graduated from the Autonomous University of Baja California, Tijuana Campus (Class of 2017), with more than 10 years of professional experience. In 2020, he completed a diploma in Oral Surgery, an area to which he has dedicated much of his practice, focusing on treating complex dental problems with precision and responsibility.
His philosophy of care is based on identifying the root cause of the dental issue and resolving it in the best possible way, always taking care of the patient’s emotional well-being and creating a calm environment. His goal is to restore oral function and aesthetics, prioritizing the overall health and well-being of every person he treats.
From Playas de Rosarito, Dr. Mercado is known for his humane approach, professionalism, and responsible clinical focus. Beyond his practice, he is a soccer enthusiast, a devoted fan of FC Barcelona, and a proud father of two American bulldogs whom he considers his everything. His passion for dentistry and personal dedication make his practice a reliable, warm, and highly professional space.

I am a general dentist, graduate of the Autonomous University of Durango (UAD), Class of 2018–2023. From the very beginning of my career, I have been deeply committed to the health and well-being of each patient, always striving to provide kind, ethical, and personalized care.
I specialize in performing all general treatments within the field of dentistry, approaching each case with professionalism, dedication, and a human-centered perspective. My priority is to offer a comfortable and safe experience where patients feel heard and supported at every step of their treatment.
In addition, I hold a certification in Facial Harmonization, which I apply for therapeutic purposes in various dental procedures—enhancing not only function but also overall facial aesthetics. I constantly strive to stay updated in the field of dentistry, incorporating innovative techniques and using the highest-quality materials to ensure safe, functional, and aesthetically harmonious results.
